Our stall at The Market Line, at the lower level of Essex Market, highlights our harvests from the Essex Crossing rooftop farm. Our menu items are hyper-locally sourced, from the rooftop to your table. Every purchase of Prepared EATS supports our mission to feed and empower communities across the boroughs of New York City. Our Prepared EATS offerings are expanding soon; this fall, we're opening a hydroponic farm and eatery in Brownsville.
