Project EATS After School works with resident youth in the communities we serve to provide year-long programs that offer hard & soft skills training, knowledge, and experience. These programs include culinary skills and confidence, soil farming skills, agricultural technologies, sustainable farming practices, and communication and storytelling skills.

Through PEAS, resident youth successfully set and pursue their personal, educational, and career goals, and effectively contribute to the operation and sustainability of Project EATS programs in their communities.
