2021-22 Winter Farm Share Memberships are now available!

Share Details:

Winter farm share members will receive 12-18 items every 2 weeks:

  • 1 item: ready to eat, grab & go recipe produced by the Project EATS Culinary Team in our NYC commercial kitchen
  • 8-10 items: Winter-grown produce from from the Project EATS Farm Team on our NYC-based urban farms:
  • Assorted salad and braising greens; spinach; kale; chard; collards; assorted asian-type greens: pac choi, tatsoi, komatsuna & choi sum; assorted microgreens & shoots
  • 2-5 items: An assortment of locally & regionally sourced winter storage crops from farms which adhere to the highest standards of regenerative agricultural practices :
  • garlic, onions, winter squash, potatoes, carrots, beets, turnips, parsnips, radishes & more
  • Add-ons: Recipes, tips, tricks & more from PE farmers and culinary community!
