DIMITRY JEREMIE is an Assistant Project EATS Farmer. He has been farming with Project EATS from the time it launched its first site in Brownsville with Teacher's Preparatory Academy where he was a student and worked with Project EATS during the summers. This summer he was a Project EATS Fellow and joined our staff this fall after successfully completing the Program. Dimitry is also a singer/guitarist in the locally known band "HeadForCover" which performs in venues throughout the city.

GIOVANNI BALCACER is an Assistant Project EATS Farmer. He has always enjoyed "heavy-lifting" work and often volunteered to work with his father in construction while growing up.
