Untouched: A Youth Business Group

Untouched is a new business group started by students at University Heights High School (UHHS) in Mott Haven, Bronx working with Project EATS.

This December, Untouched will launch its first business activities with the sale of Brie's Garden (all-natural, handmade, chemical-free products) for the holidays.

Its vision is to open its own store.  It envisions people begging for more of its products by the end of next year

Untouched’s goal is to sell all of its products, leave its mark, and good consumer service and feedback.

Over the next year, Untouched plans to reinvest 60% of its net profits in the business and to distribute 40% to its owners.

Your Sales Strategy:

1. Our strategies for getting them to purchase our products instead of the competition's product is the fact that our product is chemical free, hand made, and all natural.

My sales strategy

My strategy to making a lot of sales is mentioning the difference in our prices and by exposing their products and showing our products as a comparison.

What is your strategy for getting them to purchase your products instead of your competition's product?

My strategy is telling our customers that our products are all natural and man made, and does not have chemicals unlike other companies.

Competition:

1. Advantages to selling our products during holiday season would be that people usually buy a lot of things during the holidays.

2. Our biggest competition to selling our products this season would be other products like Blistex and other lip balm companies.

Your Sales Strategy

Tell them how natural our products are compared to the competition's products. It's more healthy for them; in the long run they save more money.
